- Hateful and/or discriminatory designsModels are NOT to be used for/with AI in any form, including training.Models are only to be used for streaming and/or entertainment purposes,
not commercial use (plushies, games, etc.)The product I will deliver is a digital product.A full refund can be requested before any work has been started.Work In Progress pictures and the final product can be shared by myself on my website or on social media unless the NDA-fee has been paid.Giving credit to me when posting or using the model/art is required on either a social media panel, description, or header.All prices are in USD.I can accept payment in these ways through a Paypal invoice:

- Partial payment paid before starting the 3D modelling process, and partial payment after finishing.A partial refund based on the amount of work done vs the amount of work left, can also be requested.
For example, if I have started or finished the modelling but you would like to request a refund, you can request a partial refund for every stage except for the modelling, as this has either been started or finished.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have permission from your design artist to have a 3D model design created based on the original design.
